THIS DISCUSSION FORUM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRESIDENTS OF CHAPTERS.
ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED AT ONE OF THE THREE FORUMS EACH MONTH.
If the President cannot attend then the VP or another LT member can substitute and bring back the information discussed to the President and chapter LT.
If you cannot attend this session, go to one of the other sessions this month run by your respective Area Director.
Always bring the current chapter statistics and your monthly goals tracking sheet so we can help each other reach our goals.
OBJECTIVE: Regular communication to help your members all make more money by improving the success of each chapter.
ACTION: Exchange great ideas, solve possible problems, get new policies and procedures, improve communication with other chapters and the Exec team. This is also the only place to stock up on chapter supplies.
